Tunisia, Ideal Brique 3

The third face of the Ideal Brique project includes the construction of a new kiln almost identical to the first kiln (2 kiln cars shorter) constructed by SABO 1 year ago, but also the addition of its automatic movement of kiln cars and a brand new packaging line for the final product. The kiln designed in such a way that would be easy in the future when gas supply is provided to be able to install the SABO gas burners without any changes.

Tunisia, Briqueterie Bougzalah

The latest SABO project in Tunisia is located at the area of Nabeul. It is a completely new factory of 500tons per day of fired product, using a rapid dryer with 64 ballancelles 800mm wide and a 4.6m wide traditional tunnel kiln. The cutting line, loading and unloading of the rapid dryer, loading and unloading of the kiln cars, the automatic movement of the kiln cars, the control of the dryer will all be made by SABO.

Algeria, Sarl Ceramic de Sud

As in Sobris, the customer decided to proceed with the order of a new modern packaging. This new line has given the opportunity to the end client to receive different dimension packets with holes made in such a way that can be moved around with the use of a forklift without using a pallet as normally done in Europe.

Algeria, Briqueterie Amouri

One of the biggest factories in the area of Algers is currently under construction by SABO and their customer Amouri brothers. It is a two face project which at the moment is the first face under construction. It consists of one huge rapid dryer being capable of arriving in a production of 840 tons per day of fired product and two kilns of 420 tons each, one constructed now with the second starting the construction just after the start of the first. Until now SABO has shipped more than 80% of the machinery and is previewed the starting of the first line during the first semester of 2012.

Algeria, El Barakate

After the creation of the first line our customer came with the order of a new complete plant this time with a rapid dryer and an identical traditional tunnel kiln such as the one of the previous line. Having the experience of the first kiln which was made for 350 tons per day, arriving actually at 450 tons per day, this time the customer asked to provide the same length kiln giving a contractual capacity of 400 tons per day.
