DUMOULIN BRICKS N.V. Roselare, Belgium a small competent Brick-Maker that has been operating in the industry since many decades , entrusted to SABO the construction of its new modern plant for producing a wide range of red clay products for the Belgian Market.
The engineers of SABO have cooperated closely for a long period with Dumoulin management, to reach to a solution that fits the exact need of the latter’s long term targets. Thus the project combines the experience, competences and perspectives of both companies.
Main emphasis has been given in the versatility of producing efficiently and with high quality bricks of different dimensions and perforation. All the automations have been studied and engineered based on this core requirement while also taking into consideration the characteristics of the available clay.
Following the same concept, the kiln and the dryer incorporate features that ensure high flexibility in their regulation. Moreover, the plant designed to ensure low energy consumption and also ease in operation and maintenance.
The project is under construction and expected to be completed during 2012. It will become a reference point of SABO’s technology in North Europe
