Pezinske Tehelne

At the beginning of 2009, SABO delivered successfully new grinding line for the factory of Pezinok in Slovakia. It has been decided that the existing factory needed a grinding line in order to be ready for the new needs of the Slovakia market. The new automatic line with the Wassmer grinding machine and the new Sabo filter cleaning control unit was installed in the existing Sabo unloading packaging line which it had been installed at the beginning of 2007. The new line was designed to produce 400 tons/day of fired grinding and not -product with the possibility to increase in the future with small interventions. For this reason, robots have been used in all critical parts of the line.
The last years Sabo are working closely with Wassmer company for buying grinding machines for our lines.
The grinding Wassmer machine has a lot of advantages as a design. Some to mention are :
- large grinding wheels (1100mm) leading to high efficiency
- wheels with modular design (small pieces) for easy change
- high capacity
- flexibility in how the bricks will enter the machine
- diamond tools will be selected after testing of your product in Wassmer.

In 2005 SABO delivered for the Pezinske Tehelne in Slovakia machines for the upgrade and improvement of production of the existing old line for the production of Thermoblock. The plant was an existing one seeking improvement in both quality and capacity.
SABO has made a study and reviewed the most important priorities of the factory, discussed extensively with the customer’s engineers and based on this cooperation the final order has been decided.
SABO was ordered all the machines for the reconstruction of the old tunnel dryer and kiln with length 61meter , such us completely new equipment for the kiln, equipment to improve the existing dryer with a new automatic regulation system and new automatic movement for the kiln cars. The capacity of the factory after the investment was 400 ton per day from 140 ton which it was before.
Dryer equipment
The existing dryer was in a good condition, and could give the required capacity.
It has been decided that the most important investment needed was the installation of an automatic regulation system to control it and to replaced the existing ventilation system by the new Sabo ventilation system.
Such a system indeed had a great impact on the energy consumption of the dryer.
Kiln equipment
New fans as well as new burners have been installed, renovating completely the kiln. An automatic regulation system has been also installed for the kiln.
Automatic movement of the kiln cars
Most of the equipment of the existing automatic movement system for the kiln cars has been replaced with new.
Additional machines such as pushing system and reconstruction of the transfer cars have been installed as an extension of the automatic movement system to be able to serve the setting and unsetting machine.

The next step in 2007 Sabo delivered for the Pezinske Tehelne a new setting line with robot –new unloading –packaging line with robot and automatic equipment for the strapping and hooding of the final packet on the pallet- PLANT NETWORK SYSTEM –reconstruction of the old Czech electronically system of the existing cutting, loading unloading of dryer line with the PLC system of Siemens S7.
