The latest SABO project in Tunisia is located at the area of Nabeul. It is a completely new factory of 500tons per day of fired product, using a rapid dryer with 64 ballancelles 800mm wide and a 4.6m wide traditional tunnel kiln. The cutting line, loading and unloading of the rapid dryer, loading and unloading of the kiln cars, the automatic movement of the kiln cars, the control of the dryer will all be made by SABO. It is rather important to mention that for the first time will also be installed the new gas burners of SABO in Tunisia with the new automatic regulation which offers the customer a wide choice of firing “recipes” for the best exploitation of the energy injected in the kiln.
