Tunisia Ideal Brique
Ideal Brique is the first factory in all northern Africa that robots were installed. Although the client hesitated to be the first that would install robots in a brick factory, now has understood the advantages that he profits of their use. The ease of using the robots and the perfect setting of the packets on the kiln cars assisted on arriving at the contractual production with the best quality bricks ever produced in Tunisia, no more than three weeks after the start of the extruder in May 2010. A good size rapid dryer, with the use of 1,1m long and 6 m wide balancelles which had the capacity of taking three bricks on their length instead of two of the traditional type rapid dryers, assured more than the contractual capacity of 800 tons per day. It actually gave the possibility to the client to arrive in an enormous 1100 tons per day production after just three months of the starting of the extruder which is more than 35% of the contractual production. Moreover this factory was designed in a way that could easily be added a new dryer and a new kiln to arrive in a production of 1600 tons per day with the minimum space possible.
