Our First project in Australia by Heavy Clay Team

We're thrilled to announce the successful launch of our 1st Australian project, delivered by our expert Heavy Clay Team. This marks a pivotal moment as SABO S.A. expands its global footprint to another continent!

Our Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the project was conducted with our client present at our vertical production facility and was successful and ready to be integrated.

Project Highlights: 

• Complete modernization of an Australian Brick Manufacturing Plant 

• Enhanced facility capacity and quality handling for facing brick products 

• Revolutionary Quality Control System, using advanced camera monitoring for kiln car packs 

• State-of-the-art dehacking line handling 22,000 pcs/hr capacity (230x110x76 mm facing bricks) 

• Single shift operation (~10 hours) with industry leading safety systems 

The Innovation Edge: Our new dehacking line outperforms what previously required two separate lines, while incorporating cutting-edge safety features being installed in a brick plant for the first time.
