New Partnership Announcement: ALA S.R.L x SABO S.A.

SABO experts successfully undertook the study, design and installation of innovative solutions through the insertion of three robots, for one of the largest Italian brick manufacturers in Italy, ALA S.R.L.

The Company’s strong commitment to investment -particularly in new technologies- has played a decisive role in its development and the Plant that now operates in Lattarico (CS) Italy.

Among the latest industrial projects that ALA S.R.L has carried out is the renovation of the automation intended for the transfer of dry material from the dryer exit to the loading system on the kiln cars.

Commissioned in mid-2024, this project marks the beginning of a strong partnership for SABO and an opportunity to demonstrate its know-how and cutting-edge technology.

The wide range of materials to be produced, consisting of light and heavy perforated building products, ceiling blocks and wall blocks, required special handling methods for the different products.

These operating conditions and the limited space available to install new machines fully integrated within existing ones of the production line, were made possible thanks to the well- studied robotic solution that was finally implemented.

The start-up phase of the new equipment took place in early 2025, fully meeting the contracted production capacity and setting a new benchmark for automation in the Brick Industry.
