This warehouse system is fully automated and has a specially designed WMS software (Warehouse Management System), integrated with the existing factory’s equipment and ERP, receiving lists for material picking & handling between production stages.
It is a combination of a racking system for storing baskets with aluminium profiles, double automatic basket crane as well as chain conveyors, enabling the storage and transportation of aluminium profiles between the stages of extrusion, thermo-brake assembly, painting & packing lines. Also, a modern energy regenerative electronic equipment is installed for energy cost reduction.
We dynamically enter the aluminium sector by installing our first automatic warehouse in Greece. By providing solutions of high energy efficiency and productivity, we ensure the smooth operation of warehouses while contributing to the strengthening of the industrial supply chain.
