Another successful project has been completed by our Heavy Industry Department for our customer EPALME S.A. - Aluminium Industry.
Our highly skilled personnel undertook the study, design and implementation for the extension of a homogenizing furnace for aluminium billets.
The project consisted of:
The extension of the existing furnace.
Design and manufacture of a transfer car, handling the aluminium billets regarding the entrance and exit of the furnace.
Installation of a new firing zone and industrial fans for the extension of the furnace.
Scada reprogramming for implementing the new equipment and improving the homogenizing process.
SABO S.A. aced in one more turnkey project with demanding time schedule, high quality and safety requirements.
