We have successfully completed the total repair and upgrade of the Aluminum Transfer Car in aluminium extrusion factory!
This was the Scope of the Project:
• Upgrade of the aluminum shuttles for transporting longer length products, in a longer travel and with more collaborating workstations.
• Replacement of machine’s wiring and sensors.
• Redesign and construction of a new main panel and PLC with high technology inverter, wire-absolute & laser encoders.
• Programming of PLC and 2 new HMIs to optimize control systems.
• Installation of safe access devices in case of failure, in accordance with applicable safety protocols.
Our goal was the smooth operation of the Transfer Car and the exchange of its data with the new collaborating system and machines of the line.
