SABO Group participated dynamically in Automation & Robotics Expo 2026, presenting cutting‑edge robotics and industrial automation solutions designed to address the evolving needs of modern manufacturing.

At one of the most important technology exhibitions for automation and robotics, SABO showcased integrated end‑to‑end solutions supporting product handling, depalletizing, and palletizing, applicable across key industrial sectors such as Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, and Heavy Industry.

Visitor interest was particularly drawn to the SCADA system, which was showcased in real time and is integrated with an AI agent capable of generating comprehensive reports on the operational status and performance of the machinery.

During the exhibition, we presented notable success stories, including:

The strategic role of SABO Group within the industrial market was highlighted by Spiros Perifanos, General Industry Director.

Among other points, he stated:

“Today’s industries are seeking productivity, flexibility, and operational stability. Our role goes far beyond equipment supply; it lies in the holistic engineering approach to each project. As a group, we deliver end‑to‑end solutions that integrate robotic systems, automation, electrical installations, and power distribution, providing our customers with reliable and long‑term sustainable production lines.” Watch the full interview here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxr74045Ldg

Alongside the exhibition, panel discussions took place, featuring our experienced executives who emphasized key investment areas that Greek industries should focus on.

Zacharias Yamalakis, Technical Sales Manager Power & Automation, addressed the technologies we have developed, placing particular emphasis on predictive maintenance, process optimization, and quality inspection. Konstantinos Mantzaris, Automation & Robotics Manager, outlined the critical parameters that automation and robotics system designers — such as SABO — must consider. He highlighted that Greek factories should not only measure output per hour, but also how quickly product or material changeovers can be achieved.

The SABO booth attracted a significant number of university students, who were guided through the exhibits by Angelos Markou, Robotics & Aluminium Sales Manager, who explained to the new generation of mechanical engineers how human‑robot collaboration enhances production resilience, while also emphasizing that robotics applications add substantial value by improving safety, ergonomics, and factory sustainability.

Finally, the exhibition graphics were curated by Albert Konig, Video & Graphics Manager.
