This project showcases our deep expertise in architecting safe, secure, and redundant automation solutions that prioritize SIL3-level safety and rock-solid availability.​

Core System Features

Our design integrates multiple redundant safety PLCs (high-performance models with fail-safe CPUs), ensuring no single point of failure across control, power, and communications. We incorporate segregated domains achieving high availability in both component and network levels. Independent HMIs provide intuitive local and centralized oversight.​

Network & Security Highlights

High-availability MRP (Media Redundancy Protocol) rings provide sub-second failover across the industrial Ethernet, eliminating downtime from network faults. Layered security includes industrial firewalls for controlled external access, precise time synchronization, and hardened connectivity, ensuring resilient, cyber-secure operations in demanding environments.​
