Palletizing line for Ioli Natural Mineral Water

SABO Robotics Team successfully completed the design and installation of a fully automated palletizing line for our customer Ioli Natural Mineral Water, an awarded Water Bottling Industry.

The new line consists of 4 robotic arms (with total of 27 axes), delivering high precision, flexibility and synchronized motion across the entire system.

Robotic Components:

-  Two FANUC M-710iC/50 robots - These are medium-payload robots (50kg capacity) equipped with servo grippers for arranging product’s layers before palletizing. The servo grippers provide precise control for handling various product types.

-  One FANUC M-410iB/700 robot - This is a heavy-duty robot (700kg payload capacity) with a custom-designed 3-axis gripper system. This robot handles the actual pallet loading, managing heavy product layers with high precision.

-  One FANUC M-20iD/12L robot - A compact, long-reach robot (12kg payload) designed for speed and flexibility. It handles the placement of interlayer cardboard sheets between product layers on the pallet.

Material Handling:

Automatic pallet destacker - A motor-driven system that stores up to 17 empty pallets and automatically feeds them to the production line, ensuring continuous operation without manual intervention.

System Capability:

-  Palletizing line can work with both Europallet and industrial pallets, offering maximum adaptability to market requirements.

-  The system can handle different types of products (0,5 L, 1 L, 1,5 L) in terms of size and weight, as well as different palletizing patterns with zero changeover time, allowing uninterrupted production process.
