Partnership with Rainbow Waters Hellas

The Greek company Rainbow Waters Hellas has consistently trusted SABO for a decade to modernize its factory.

Let's take a look at the projects - milestones of our cooperation:

- Starting in 2016, a robot palletizer was installed to automatically load the pet bottles onto special transport bases and move the ready pallets, enhancing both productivity and worker safety.

- The next step was the installation of an automatic robotic depalletizing system for the returnable empty bottles by transferring them to the modern filling line, achieving automatic feeding of the pallets with the empty bottles to the robot depalletizer via chain conveyors.

-  Our most recent project involves the installation of a robotic bottle case packer, with automatic palletizing, and automatic wrapping of the pallets with stretch film.

Also, the new palletizing line supports the direct loading of the bottles on the pallets, without the use of the case packer. The line can operate efficiently with two alternative methods of loading the products for the final customer.

Finally, SABO built a modern automation system for processing the water from the deep wells to the bottle filling machines. The system consists of state-of-the-art hardware and SCADA & PLC software specially developed to meet the needs of the plant.
